位於高雄新光路與中華五路的交叉口上，一棟大建案。

遠雄建設位於亞洲新灣區超高豪宅案「遠雄THE ONE」，總樓高達267米，規劃地上68樓超高住家，116、153、183坪，每坪47~61萬元。
1~16樓引入同屬遠雄集團六星級的「遠雄悅來」飯店，房間數約260個。17、59、60、62與63樓為公設層，休閒設施包括有表演廳、200公尺空中跑道、泳池、輕訓與重訓健身房等。

建築團隊為李祖原建築師、101結構團隊永峻工程、地質鑽探富國技術工程，建築立面為CDI創意國際設計、飯店設計團隊衡美、Studio MH，以及豪宅設計杜康生、燈光設計袁宗南，以及負責景觀為環藝景觀團隊。

建案除靠近三多商圈亦位於亞洲新灣區，區域內有高雄展覽館、圖書總館、海洋文化及流行音樂中心、旅運大樓，並有輕軌串連各建設。

There are Kaohsiung exhibition halls, bookstores, marine culture and pop music centers, travel buildings, and light rails in the area, in addition to the three shopping districts.
